We will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note that there may be a slight delay depending on logistics conditions and other factors. Please understand this in advance.
Shipping company and method
Delivery company: Japan Post
Delivery method: Yu-packet (Postal mail)
If you order 6 or more items, we will send them by TA-Q-BIN (Sagawa Express).
In this case, delivery will not be by post, but by face-to-face delivery or delivery by left-behind delivery service.
Please note that we are unable to accept delivery company or delivery date and time requests.
About shipping charges
Shipping is a flat rate of 360 yen (tax included) within Japan.
For single item purchases, shipping is free for orders of two or more items.
Free shipping conditions may apply depending on the purchase plan. For details, please refer to the various campaign pages.
About the number of days until delivery
In principle, orders placed by 11:00 a.m. will be shipped on the same day. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national vacations, New Year holidays, etc.)
The earliest delivery is the next day or the day after that.
Next day delivery: Kanto, Kansai, Tokai and Hokuriku areas
Next-day delivery: Hokkaido, Tohoku, Chugoku-Shikoku, and Kyushu areas
Please note that the shipping and delivery dates shown on the product cart screen are estimates.
In case of incomplete delivery
If delivery is not completed for the customer's convenience, no cancellations or refunds will be made.
This includes cases such as an incomplete delivery address, refusal to receive the package, long-term absence, failure to post the package, etc.
The delivery can be rescheduled within 5 business days from the date it is returned to us by the delivery company, upon payment of a reshipment fee ( ¥1,100 in Japan, separate estimate for overseas).
